Shipping and delivery

How delivery works

• We deliver on working days, Saturday to Thursday.
• Orders take up to 2 working days to process after your order is confirmed. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
• Deliveries outside Dhaka can take an extra 2-3 working days from the date the order is dispatched.
• We message you when your order is on its way.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• Please give a full address: area, road, and house or building number. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delivered to the wrong place because of an incorrect address.

Delivery charge

• Free delivery: Dhaka city areas and Narayanganj (Sadar, Bandar and Fatullah).
• Delivery charge applies: Savar, Sylhet Sadar, Chattogram Sadar, Begumganj (Noakhali) and Khulna Sadar.
• For any other district, we confirm whether we can deliver and what it costs after you place your order.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are not refundable. If you refuse a delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charge and the cost of returning the products to us. This amount is deducted from any credit issued.

Items that are out of stock

If your order has several items and one or more are out of stock, we ship the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock items to your original form of payment.

Our rights

Partex Furniture Industries Limited may ask for a common shipping and billing address if we cannot verify the address you gave. We may also limit, refuse or cancel an order, or refuse a return, because of an irregular or excessive returns history, or suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
